## About GiveVision

Give **Vision** is a not-for-dividend company* founded in 2014 with the aim of developing **assistive technologies** that can transform the lives of people with severe **sight impairments.**

Our mission is to set a new accessibility standard for sports and entertainment, making it more inclusive and accessible for people with sight loss by breaking down barriers and enhancing their independence.

### 2016-2017:
**SightPlus™ is Born**  
Give **Vision** debuts world’s-first ever wearable vision aid powered by a smartphone.

### 2017 - 2018:
**CE-Class I Medical Device**  
Give **Vision** secures additional funding from Pfizer Healthcare Hub and the NHS to register SightPlus™ as a regulated medical device.

### 2018 - 2019:
**Landmark Clinical Study**  
Moorfields Eye Hospital, London and UCL publish a clinical study that finds that SightPlus™ improves sight for 98% of study participants.

### 2019-2021:
**Home Vision Monitoring - SightCheck**  
A consortium of senior clinicians from Manchester Royal Eye Infirmary, Roche Thailand, and Give **Vision** embark on a two-year project to develop a home vision monitoring system.

### 2021 - 2022:
Roche funds a real-world trial of SightCheck in Thailand. The SightCheck is approved for a multi-site 12-month study to monitor patients’ vision and evaluate the adherence to Anti-VEGF treatment.

### 2022 - 2023:
**Premiere League football and Paris Basket pilots GiveVision**  
The latest chapter of our story is helping make live sports and entertainment more accessible for people living with sight loss.

## Team

**Elodie Draperi**  
CEO  
Elodie is in charge of our operations in France, she leads on the Give **Vision** set-up for big upcoming opportunities such as the Paris Olympic & Paralympic Games, while at the same time overseeing our clinical studies and basically every R&D project we work on... which is why she has the title of CEO.

**Piotr Imielski**  
Engineering  
Piotr is the man behind all technologies and inventions developed at Give **Vision**. Every version of the software and every piece of hardware shipped from our offices was engineered by this man.

**Joanna Liddington**  
Operations  
Joanna leads our operations in the UK; her main role is to lead the transition and integration of Give **Vision** technology into the sports and live entertainment industry.

**Stan Karpenko**  
Product  
Stan’s role is to make sure that our products deliver on the needs and expectations of our customers and users.

**Cissé Doucouré**  
Business Dev. Manager France  
Cissé has joined the team after using Givevision Live at various sports events in France, including the Games In Paris.

**Prof Tariq Aslam**  
Science & Clinical  
Consultant Ophthalmologist at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital and Professor at the University of Manchester.

**Michael Mason**  
Customer Support  
Michael has first-hand experience of living with sight loss and the challenges that come with it.
